The St. Thomas Parks and Recreation Department used a manual processes to book its community rooms, ice rinks, picnic shelters, and sports fields. Likewise, program registration, invoicing and accounting of receipts rely on manual methods. In order to enhance productivity in the administration of these functions, the City of St. Thomas was seeking to implement an automated system capable of integrating these functions in a user-friendly format that can merge seamlessly with the City’s current accounting program.
