New functionality added to Book King Registration Module Version 6 includes the following:

• Export All Rosters - Located at the bottom of the Manage Rosters screen. You may export all rosters for a selected Season.
• User Defined Fields Section - We are adding a section that contains 8 UDF's (Text Boxes & Drop Down Fields). This will allow our clients to capture additional information in custom fields.
• Quebec Child Tax Credit - Book King will automatically create each required Releve 24 form for Quebec Child Daycare Tax Credits eliminating the need to manually calculate and produce these tax receipts.
• Federal Child Fitness Tax Credit - Book King will automatically create each required Federal Child Fitness Tax Credit Receipt eliminating the need to manually calculate and produce these tax receipts.
• Applying Quebec Provincial Tax - Book King now properly calculates Quebec Sales Tax and users no longer have to manually adjust invoice totals to calculate the proper tax on tax amount. If an invoice is made where QST is applicable and the invoice amount is $100 before tax, with tax it calculates as $100 + 5% GST = $105 plus 7.5% QST = $112.86
• Separation of Postal Address - Book King now requires postal address information to be in separate fields, each able to be set as required so collection of this information can be enforced. Before you could set Postal Address field as required but that didn't force the user to enter the full address information in the text area. The additional address fields now support additional delivery information that may be required (eg. Address 3 and Region)
• Preferred Client - You can now designate clients as preferred clients which entitles those clients to be able to have special enrollment dates from clients who are not preferred. Also, a change was made on the internal enrollment screen to have search and select course before search and select client. This makes more sense to users based on feedback from our other clients who incorrectly thought you had to select a client before selecting a course. This was not true but people thought this was the case, now it makes more sense to users.
• Double Book Facility for Course - Prior to this addition, if you had multiple swimming courses that took place in the pool at the same time the only way to book the location times was to subdivide your pool into sections. This was not practical as there could be many, many courses running at the same time. Now you don't have to subdivide your pool for the purpose of creating your swimming courses (although you may very well want to do this still to assign some courses to different areas of the pool but it is now optional).
• Small bugs fixes and formating changes

Book King is a 100% web based scheduling solution. New versions of Book King are installed on the server only. Client computers are neve affected as they are always using the latest version of the product.
